Crider-webA Strong Foundation

Attorney Brad Crider draws from his solid family background, extensive family law experience and business education to provide a focused and well-rounded representation for his clients.

Brad was born in Oregon, but his family moved to Arizona when he was young and considers himself a native of Mesa. His mother has worked for Mesa Public Schools for over 20 years; his father has been in law enforcement nearly all of Brad’s life. After graduating from Mesa High, Brad attended Western International University and graduated magna cum laude in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. From there, he continued his education at the Texas Tech University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007.

While attending law school, Brad received both the Excellence for the Future Award from CALI (Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction) and the American Jurisprudence Award for superior academic achievement in Law, Religion, Contracts and Immigration Law.

After graduating from law school, Brad began working for the largest family law firm in the Phoenix area – Gillespie, Shields and Durrant.

Commitment to Clients

Focusing his talents and experience in family law, Brad Crider continues to show his strong commitment to his clients by working quickly and efficiently for the best possible outcome. He is both a compassionate and caring advocate, yet undaunted by any challenge he comes across. Individuals and families seeking loyal and thorough representation in their cases reach out to Brad because of his reputation and consistency in reaching strong results for his clients.

His experience and knowledge allows Brad to tailor his approach to each case. Former and current clients of Crider Law include individuals worth millions of dollars as well as the single father or mother who simply need a voice. Brad is more than willing to work with attorneys in a collaborative environment when he feels it will help him quickly reach his client’s desires. However, he is also ready to aggressively litigate when necessary and fight for his client and the best outcome.

Having a bachelor’s degree in business administration and firm grasp of numbers, Brad is an expert in handling Complex Division of Assets and Debts. His education and experience have served him well when dealing with business valuation in divorce cases.

Brad was recently appointed as Judge Pro Tem in Maricopa County, Arizona.  This allows him to be called in to work as a judge whenever there is a need.  Attorneys who are appointed as Judge Pro Tem must meet specific requirements and qualifications.  They must be found to be of good moral character and have practiced law for at least 5 years in the state of Arizona.  Working in this capacity gives Brad further insight and experience in the legal system that can only benefit his clients in the long run.

The philosophy at Crider Law is heavily influenced by founder Brad Crider who understands that every family is different. Because no two families are the same, Brad knows how important it is to have an attorney on your side that is ready to represent your best interests.
